Do you have multiple piles of mail throughout your house? You're not alone.

THE PROBLEM

My husband never checks the mail and I only like to open fun mail, not bills.

So I usually bring the mail in the kitchen, check to see if anything is important and let the rest of it stay on the kitchen counters.

The mail pile moves from the counter to the stools, to the dining table, then to the staircase, and finally to my office.

Our incoming mail pile was driving me nuts so it was time to organize our mail clutter.

BUDGET

I didn't spend a single penny on this functional decor. I already had an extra basket, a wooden tray, an office organizer, and a wall organizer.

What decorations can you find around your house that you can use?

the GOAL

I tested out the different decor pieces and realized that each item brought a different mood to the kitchen.

What you use to organize your decor can be functional, beautiful and match the interior design style of your home.

So, what's your incoming mail organizing style?

  1. If you like textured baskets, your style is organic modern.

2. If you like painted wood, your style is farmhouse.

3. If you like natural wood, your style is boho chic.

4. If you like clean lines, your style is traditional.

5. If you'd rather ride your mail, your style is minimalist.
